REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing MDC Care. Due to the nature of our products—which include medical, respiratory, and home healthcare devices—we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy. Please read the details carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns Policy

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once sold and delivered.
This applies to all categories, including but not limited to:

  • Bi-Level Machines

  • Home Ventilation Machines

  • Nebulisers

  • Masks, Spacers & Accessories

  • Suction Machines

  • Lung Monitors

  • PEP Devices

  • Pulse Oximeters

  • Any medical equipment

Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds Policy

Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not offered, except in the following rare situations:

a) Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement of the correct item.

b) Damaged on Arrival

If the product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours

  • Provide unboxing photos/videos

  • Damage must be clearly visible and verified

After verification, a replacement unit will be provided.
Refunds will still not be issued.

3. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is processed or handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible.

After Shipping

No cancellations, changes, or modifications are allowed after shipment.

4. Warranty Claims

Warranty support is offered as per the manufacturer’s policy.
A warranty claim does not qualify for return or refund.
Repairs or replacements (if approved by the manufacturer) will be handled accordingly.

5. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure:

  • You review product details carefully

  • You select the correct model, size, or type

  • Your shipping address and contact details are accurate

Orders cannot be changed once processed.
