  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within UAE: 1–4 business days

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

  • International Deliveries: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, customs clearance, and product availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and courier rates.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for specific order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email or SMS

  • A tracking number (if applicable)

  • Courier partner details

You can track your order directly through the courier website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt the delivery up to two times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Missing items

  • Containing the wrong product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or resolution as per our return policy.

7. No-Contact Delivery

For health and safety reasons, no-contact delivery may be used.
In such cases, the courier may leave the parcel at your doorstep and confirm delivery electronically.

8. Restrictions

Certain medical devices may have:

  • Shipping restrictions due to regulations

  • Delayed clearance at customs for international orders

MDC Care is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate.
MDC Care is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

10. Change of Delivery Address

Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
